My approach focuses on heart-centered work grounded in cutting edge science. Transformation is my expertise & passion!
Light Path Therapy symbolises a journey of healing and growth. A journey on the path to reclaiming your best self. To recover the infinite potential you were born with by healing inherited and acquired trauma and emotional wounds.
I believe that anyone can change at any age and that sometimes we all need some extra support navigating life, especially in times of loss, stress and upheaval. The pathway starts with healing the past and looking towards a positive and meaningful future. In a personal session, I utilise my extensive trainings and experience to guide clients in (re)connecting with themselves and releasing the past; identifying and achieving their goals; and empowering them to achieve substantial, positive and genuine change in their lives.
We exist within mental constructs, patterns and habits. These dictate our thoughts, feelings, and actions, and in turn, often determine how we experience life and all too often suffering. I will help you gain awareness of, and change, repetitive, self-sabotaging behaviours (for example, in relationships, with substances, food or anger). These coping strategies are often learnt in childhood and in challenging times cause us suffering, limiting you from achieving your dreams, goals and potential.
As a trauma-informed Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga teacher and Reiki Master, I understand the vital importance of uniting the mind, body and spirit. I will work with you to develop your own meditation and mindfulness practices with a focus on embodiment to harness your nervous system's relaxation response to better manage stress and anxiety.
I am a single mum of three and I know how important healthy habits and a support network are for gracefully balancing the pressures of daily life. Regular exercise, meditation and yoga are a pivotal part of my life. As are long walks on the beach and time out in nature.
